How to levitate?
STEP 1: Place the plant pot and base on a flat, nonmetallic surface. Connect the AC Adapter to the power, and the other DC plug to the base.
STEP 2: With two hands, hold the plant pot above the center of the base and slowly lower it towards the base. When you feel resistance, adjust the pot until you feel a gentle release. Maintain stability for a few seconds.
STEP 3: Once the pot is balanced in mid-air (not falling or being pushed), slowly let go and watch it rotate on its own. If you don’t succeed, try again. It may take a few attempts! If unsuccessful, turn off the base and allow it to cool before retrying.
This Shipping Policy describes how AllWays Essential handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.
All orders are processed within 7-14 days(We will try to expedite it as much as possible). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at allwaysessentialstore@gmail.com, and we will assist where possible.
AllWays Essential is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tarrifs, taxes etc.) are responsibility of the customers.
If the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
