1. How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide!

  • Canada & USA: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 14–31 business days
    Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal delays.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you atracking number.
You can check your tracking status anytime on ourTrack Your Orderpage by entering your order number and email.

3. When will I receive my tracking information?

Tracking details are uploaded as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow2–5 business daysafter placing your order for the tracking number to become active.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping the product back.
