Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7-14 days(We will try to expedite it as much as possible). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Customs, Duties and taxes
AllWays Essential is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tarrifs, taxes etc.) are responsibility of the customers.
If the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
